| Pick up your credentials in the convention center at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and take a short shuttle to the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club for a sunset reception. There’s no better place in Sarasota than The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club to watch the sun set. Join a fire-side, Gulf-front gathering to celebrate nature’s most spectacular show and search for the elusive Green Flash.
Sarasota has long been known for its rich cultural and artistic history. One of Sarasota’s original masterpieces can be seen right here on Lido Beach as the setting sun paints a colorful canvas in vibrant hues that range from brilliant shades of orange, warm golden tones, softer palettes of pinks and purples, and possibly even a flash of green. Be sure to arrive at the beach at least one half hour early to appreciate the full effect of the attraction. Entertainment, light appetizers and beverages will be provided. |

We appreciate the dedication and support from our industry partners. Without their generous contributions this meeting would not be possible. We encourage our conference delegates to show their appreciation by visiting each exhibit booth and inquire about the latest products and services provided by our patrons. Our Poster Session will run concurrently with the Exhibit Reception, providing a casual atmosphere to review these important scientific papers. The Program Committee considers posters an important contribution to the success of this conference. Many of the presentations will provide information that was thought to be better suited to the higher level of exposure and interaction that a poster presentation affords. Poster presentations are seen as an extremely important venue for information exchange. Entertainment, light appetizers and beverages will be provided. |
